The kit includes high-spec SUMOBARS made from solid 30mm EN8 engineering-grade steel—far stronger than standard mild steel copies. With precision-machined flats and full-strength locking nuts, this kit is built for durability and ease of maintenance.

• 1 x Heavy-duty track rod bar

• 1 x Heavy-duty drag link bar

• 4 x Delphi greaseable track rod ends with polyurethane boots

• 1 x Steering damper mounting kit

All track rod ends are Delphi, fully greaseable, and equipped with durable poly boots. Lock nuts are full-size (not half nuts), improving strength and minimizing the risk of damage when tightening.

• Threads pre-lubed with Wurth corrosion-resistant aluminium-copper paste

• Machined flats on bar ends for easy lock nut torqueing

• Right-hand thread identified with precision-machined groove

Important: Professional wheel alignment is highly recommended after installation to ensure accurate steering geometry.

Drag Link Bar is the bar from the steering box to the opposite wheel, (short bar in front of the front axle). A rough measurement of the Drag Link bar length before fitting, from centre of track rod end to centre of ball joint is 94cm.

Track Rod Bar joins the 2 wheels together, (long bar behind the front axle). A rough measurement of the Track Rod bar length before fitting, from centre of track rod end to centre of track rod end is 128cm.
