Engine build pre-lube
Assembly lubricant leaves a protective lubricating film on internal engine components during rebuilds and partial repairs. It is intended for the period between assembly and the first supply of pressurised engine oil after start-up.

Assembly lubricant, engine oil and grease
Engine assembly lubricant is a specialist build product rather than a replacement for the correct engine oil after assembly. General chassis, wheel bearing or multipurpose grease should not be substituted where engine assembly lubricant is required.
