Upgrade your Land Rover Discovery 2’s steering strength and reliability with this heavy-duty steering bars kit, designed for serious off-roaders and rugged daily use. The kit includes high-spec SUMOBARS made from solid 30mm EN8 engineering-grade steel—far stronger than standard mild steel copies. With precision-machined flats and full-strength locking nuts, this kit is built for durability and ease of maintenance.

All track rod ends are Delphi, fully greaseable, and equipped with durable poly boots. Lock nuts are full-size (not half nuts), improving strength and minimizing the risk of damage when tightening.

Important: Professional wheel alignment is highly recommended after installation to ensure accurate steering geometry.
This kit delivers maximum steering integrity, whether you’re tackling rough lanes, towing, or upgrading your daily driver.
Drag Link Bar is the bar from the steering box to the opposite wheel, (short bar in front of the front axle). A rough measurement of the Drag Link bar length before fitting, from centre of track rod end to centre of ball joint is 94cm.
Track Rod Bar joins the 2 wheels together, (long bar behind the front axle). A rough measurement of the Track Rod bar length before fitting, from centre of track rod end to centre of track rod end is 128cm.

Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
