Description
ITG CLK-2 heavy duty air filter cleaning kit for servicing washable ITG foam filters. The CL-1 cleaner removes old dust retention oil, dirt and contamination from the foam, while the JDR-2 spray restores the filter’s oil coating once it has been thoroughly cleaned and allowed to dry.
JDR-2 is ITG’s heavy duty filter coating, developed to retain fine airborne dust while resisting emulsification in cold and damp conditions. Using the correct foam-filter cleaner and oil protects the filter material and maintains the balance between airflow and filtration.

Cleaning and Re-oiling ITG Foam Filters
Apply the cleaner to the filter, then wash it thoroughly in warm water until the cleaner and contamination have been removed. Rinse from the clean side outwards where possible and leave the filter to dry naturally before applying JDR-2 evenly to the foam.
Do not use a high-pressure air line or heat gun to speed up drying. Cotton-gauze filter oil, engine oil and other oils not intended for foam air filters must not be used.

ITG filters are a strong choice where you want a reusable foam air filter for a Land Rover standard airbox or a specific cone-filter intake setup. Direct replacement panel filters are usually the easiest upgrade, fitting in place of the standard paper filter while retaining the original airbox. Cone filters are more application-specific and should be chosen to suit the intake arrangement being used. Standard UK shipments are normally sent with DPD. UK orders containing oils or fluids are normally sent with DHL where required, because some carriers restrict liquid shipments.
Worldwide delivery is available through DPD and DHL Express, depending on the destination, parcel size, weight and available courier services. Add the parts you need to your basket, enter your delivery address, and the checkout will show the available delivery options and prices before payment.

Our extended returns policy automatically applies to individual products purchased for less than £250 including VAT. Products costing £250 or more may still be accepted for return at our discretion.

- Please do not fit or attempt to fit a part unless you intend to keep it. Fitting, attempted fitting, contamination, damage or excessive handling can substantially reduce the value of the goods. A product which has been fitted or used will not normally qualify for our voluntary extended returns policy.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described? Contact us first. We will advise the appropriate return method and will normally provide a prepaid return service or cover reasonable agreed return costs.

Please use a tracked, insured return service appropriate to the value and nature of the goods, pack and address the parcel correctly, and retain sufficient evidence to identify and trace the return. You remain responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
