Description
DA3180PG is the OE-quality swivel repair kit for one side of a Defender ABS front axle from VIN XA onwards, covering TD5 and Puma TDCI models. It renews the bearings, seals, upper swivel pin, retaining plate, gaskets and shims while retaining a smooth and serviceable existing swivel ball. GA3180PG is the equivalent kit reference.
The main swivel seal runs against the surface of the swivel ball. Where that surface remains smooth and free from corrosion or scoring, this repair kit supplies the bearing and sealing parts needed to rebuild the swivel assembly without replacing the ball itself.

Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
