Td5 exhaust fitting kit for Defender and Discovery 2
This full Td5 exhaust fitting kit is made up by Twinwoods 4×4 for Defender Td5 and Discovery 2 Td5 models. It includes the main exhaust fixings, gaskets and mounting rubbers needed when fitting a complete Td5 exhaust system.
Old Td5 exhaust fixings are often corroded, rounded or damaged during removal, and exhaust mounting rubbers can be tired by the time the system is being replaced. Having the fitting kit ready helps avoid stopping the job for basic hardware once the old exhaust is already off the vehicle.
The kit includes fixings for the down pipe, centre pipe and rear section, along with two gaskets and four mounting rubbers. The bolts are zinc-plated steel and the nuts are serrated flanged DIN 6923 style nuts.

Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
