Replacement sunroof perimeter seal (EEQ500010) for Discovery 2 sunroofs, also fitting Discovery 1 models with the tilt and slide sunroof. Use this seal when the original sunroof seal has dried, shrunk, split or stopped sealing properly against the glass panel.

Description
Sunroof leak note
A worn or shrunken sunroof seal can allow water entry, wind noise and damp staining around the headlining. Replacing the seal is the right step where the rubber has hardened, split, flattened or no longer sits correctly against the glass.
If the sunroof still leaks after the seal has been replaced, check the cassette, tray and drain tubes as well. Blocked drains or damaged sunroof trays can also cause water to enter the vehicle, so the seal should not be treated as the only possible cause of every Discovery sunroof leak.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover failure caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or faults elsewhere on the vehicle.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and testing before any repair, replacement or refund is authorised.
