Greaseable Delphi Track Rod End LH Thread – for Sumobars
1 x left hand thread greaseable Delphi track rod end to suit Sumobars for Defender/Discovery with polyurethane boot. 11/16″ UNF thread.
SUMO-LH-DELPHI-TRE equivalent to RTC5870.
These will fit all standard Defender and Discovery 1 steering bars as well as all Sumobars (Defender, D1, D2, RRC). Also Terrafirma and Britpart steering bars where a 11/16″ UNF thread is used.

Description
These are DELPHI Track Rod Ends, but not just a standard Delphi joint. They are greaseable to help prolong their life. The Delphi Track rod end will come ready fitted with poly boots giving a much longer service life. They are also fully painted black to help prevent corrosion. Inside these track rod ends they have a nylon socket to cup the ball, the ball is polished which gives a much smoother movement with a lighter steering feel. The nylon cup will also give much less torque steer, however on impacts they can distort the nylon cup. They are pre-greased, but giving them an extra pump or two of grease after fitment won’t hurt at all.
The lower retaining ring for the poly boot is purposely missing. This allows the track rod end to swivel better and allows excess grease to be pushed out.
Not be confused with cheap greaseable track rod ends available elsewhere!
