Revotec replacement air conditioning fan for Discovery 2
This Revotec air conditioning fan kit fits Land Rover Discovery 2 models and replaces the original A/C condenser fan under part number JRP100060. The kit is also listed under GA8972 / DA8972.
The Discovery 2 air conditioning fan can fail after long periods of little use, especially if the motor seizes and blows the fuse. Replacement may be needed if the original fan is seized, noisy, damaged, not cutting in correctly, or has failed during air conditioning or cooling system checks.
The fan only runs under specific operating conditions, so a non-running fan does not always mean the fan itself has failed. Check the relevant fuse, wiring, control conditions and air conditioning system operation before condemning the fan.
