Air filter for Defender and Series 3 3.5 V8 carb models
This RTC3479 air filter fits Defender and Series 3 models with the 3.5 carburettor V8 engine. It is the correct service air filter where RTC3479 is specified for the original V8 carb air filter setup.
A clean air filter helps protect the engine from dust and debris while allowing proper airflow into the intake system. Replacement is especially worthwhile during routine servicing, after off-road use, or where the vehicle has been standing for a long time.
This filter is for 3.5 V8 carburettor models only. It is not for later EFI V8 applications, and older V8 Land Rovers may have been modified over the years, so check the filter housing and existing filter before ordering if the setup is not original.
