Description
Black billet Td5 fuel filter housing
This black billet fuel filter housing fits Defender Td5 and Discovery 2 Td5 models. The original aluminium housing can corrode or become porous over time, especially around the fittings and exposed mounting area. That can lead to fuel leaks or air being drawn into the fuel system. This hard-anodised billet replacement gives a cleaner, more corrosion-resistant housing while retaining the standard Td5 fuel filter setup.
The filter head is machined from aluminium billet and hard anodised in black. This version is supplied in black, with four stainless hose fittings/adaptors included.
Please note: the non-return valve, air bleed valve and water sensor are not included. Transfer these from your existing fuel filter housing if fitted and serviceable. If any of these parts are missing or not suitable to reuse, replacement parts are available separately. This housing uses the standard Td5 fuel filter. For a clean installation, add a new ESR4686G Mahle KC80 fuel filter. If the original mounting hardware is corroded or missing, add the TW182 Td5 fuel filter housing fixing kit.
