Description

Draper Expert rechargeable mini flood light (65688 / WL/MFL670) for working around a Land Rover in the workshop, on the driveway or at the roadside. The circular lamp head contains two lighting elements: a central 4W SMD LED producing a focused 250-lumen spot beam, surrounded by a 7W COB LED flood light producing up to 670 lumens.

Four lighting modes provide a choice of spot, low flood, medium flood and high flood. The focused spot beam is useful for looking further into an engine bay, beneath the vehicle or along a dark track, while the wider flood settings illuminate the immediate working area for servicing, inspection and repairs.

The magnetic back attaches to suitable steel surfaces, while the adjustable stand and carry handle allow the light to be positioned without holding it. Its compact nylon, aluminium and TPR body is IP65 and IK07 rated and tested against drops from up to 2m.

The internal 2.6Ah Li-ion battery charges directly through the supplied USB-C cable. The light is also compatible with Draper wireless charging pads 65789 and 65793, available separately.

Lighting Modes

  • Central SMD LED spot beam – 250 lumens
  • Low COB flood setting – 120 lumens
  • Medium COB flood setting
  • High COB flood setting – maximum 670 lumens

Draper Tools Stockist

Draper tools selected for Land Rover servicing, repair and workshop use, including jacks, axle stands, torque wrenches, oil handling equipment, inspection lamps, sockets and specialist service tools.

Twinwoods 4x4 is a Draper Tools stockist in North Bedfordshire. We do not list the entire Draper catalogue: the products here are selected because they suit the size, weight and jobs involved in maintaining Defender, Discovery, Range Rover and other 4×4 vehicles.

Draper tools chosen for Land Rover work

Draper has supplied tools since 1919 and remains an independent family business. Our selection concentrates on the tools that make sense for Land Rover work, from propshaft spanners and TD5-specific sockets to heavy axle stands, fluid handling equipment and high-range torque wrenches.

Workshop job Best place to start Check before ordering
Raising and supporting the vehicle Jacking and lifting equipment Check the rated capacity, minimum height, maximum lift and the vehicle’s approved lifting and support points.
Correctly tightening fixings Torque wrenches Match the drive size and torque range to the fixings being tightened.
Engine, gearbox and axle fluid servicing Fluid handling tools Check the container capacity, pump connection, hose length and available access around the filler or drain point.
Inspection and electrical diagnosis Inspection and measuring tools and electrical testing equipment Compare reach, light output, camera size, charging method and the electrical test functions provided.
Removing damaged, corroded or seized fixings Extraction, pulling and metalwork tools Check the fastener size, available access and the drive size or operating method required.
General servicing and dismantling Sockets, spanners and drive tools Match the tool size, profile and drive to the specific Land Rover fixing and the space available around it.

Draper and Draper Expert tools

The products shown include both standard Draper and Draper Expert tools. Draper Expert is the higher-specification range and appears where additional strength, capacity, accuracy or workshop durability is relevant. Standard Draper tools remain entirely appropriate for many straightforward servicing and repair jobs.

Check the tool specification before ordering

Rated capacity Check lifting, supporting, pulling and torque capacities against the job rather than relying on the physical size of the tool.
Dimensions and access Land Rover fixings are not always difficult because of their size. Limited access may determine the required tool length, head size or profile.
Drive and fastener size Confirm the socket drive, spanner size and fastener profile, particularly for specialist TD5, propshaft and suspension work.
Calibration and maintenance Torque wrenches and measuring equipment must be stored, used and periodically checked in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Delivery

Twinwoods 4x4 ships Land Rover parts across the UK and around the world. We regularly send parts overseas and use trusted tracked courier services so UK and international customers can order with confidence.

Standard UK shipments are normally sent with DPD. UK orders containing oils or fluids are normally sent with DHL where required, because some carriers restrict liquid shipments.

Worldwide delivery is available through DPD and DHL Express, depending on the destination, parcel size, weight and available courier services. Add the parts you need to your basket, enter your delivery address, and the checkout will show the available delivery options and prices before payment.

Free mainland UK postage and packaging is available on eligible orders over £99, subject to our delivery terms and conditions.

Returns
14-day cancellation Return carriage at your cost Check fitment before ordering
Please choose carefully before ordering. Check part numbers, fitment and suitability before purchase. Please do not order parts simply to try them or on the assumption that they can be fitted and then returned if unsuitable.
  • Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
  • Return carriage and safe packing are your responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
  • Managed UK returns: where suitable, we can provide a cost-effective, hassle-free tracked return service with straightforward drop-off, proof of handover and tracking linked to your return. The cost will be advised before it is arranged and may be deducted from your refund.
  • Change-of-mind returns must be returned complete, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Returned goods must be the same goods supplied by us and complete with all components, accessories and any free or promotional items supplied with them.
  • Please do not fit or attempt to fit a part unless you intend to keep it. Fitting, attempted fitting, contamination, damage, missing packaging or excessive handling can substantially reduce the value of the goods and may result in a corresponding reduction to your refund.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described? Contact us first. We will advise the appropriate return method and will normally provide a prepaid return service or cover reasonable agreed return costs.
Returning it yourself? Please use a suitable return service with appropriate cover for the value of the goods, pack and address the parcel correctly, and retain sufficient evidence to identify and trace the return.

Returns – quick FAQs

How long do I have to return an item?
For a UK consumer change-of-mind cancellation, tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them.
Who pays return carriage?
For change-of-mind returns, return carriage and safe packing are your responsibility. Where suitable, we can provide a managed tracked return service and advise the cost before it is arranged.
What condition must a change-of-mind return be in?
Change-of-mind returns must be complete, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Returned goods must be the same goods supplied by us and complete with all components, accessories and any free or promotional items supplied with them.

Fitting, attempted fitting, contamination, damage, missing packaging or excessive handling can substantially reduce the value of the goods and may result in a corresponding reduction to your refund.
Can I fit a part and then return it?
Please check fitment and suitability before installation. Please do not fit or attempt to fit a part unless you intend to keep it.

Once a part has been fitted or an attempt has been made to fit it, it may be marked, contaminated, damaged or otherwise unsuitable for resale as a new part. We do not operate a used-parts or bargain-bin section, so a fitted or damaged part can have very little resale value.

Where your handling has reduced the value of the goods beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, your refund may be reduced to reflect that loss in value.
What if the item is faulty?
Contact us before returning it. Where a return is reasonably required for a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, we will normally provide a prepaid return service or cover reasonable return costs agreed with us.
Are any items excluded from change-of-mind returns?
Statutory exclusions apply to certain types of goods. Please see our full Terms & Conditions for details.
How do I start a return?

Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return. Do not send anything back until you have received the appropriate return instructions.

Warranty

Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.

Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.

Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.

Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.

For full details, please see our Terms and Conditions.
