Defender Puma service kit for spin-on oil filter engines
This service kit is for Defender Puma 2.2 TDCI engines fitted with the later metal spin-on oil filter.
It can also be used on Defender Puma 2.4 TDCI vehicles where the engine has been converted to the later spin-on oil filter housing, which can happen with replacement engines. If your engine still uses the paper cartridge oil filter inside the plastic housing, use the Defender Puma 2.4 TDCI paper oil filter service kit instead.
The kit includes the main service filters and consumables needed for a normal filter service: MANN spin-on oil filter, MANN air filter, OEM Stanadyne / Fuel Manager fuel filter and a new sump plug.
If you are unsure which kit you need, check the oil filter currently fitted to the engine before ordering, especially where the engine has been replaced. You can also view all Defender Puma service kits in one place.
Engine oil is not included in this kit. For later Defender Puma 2.2 TDCI engines requiring C1 / JLR.03.5005 oil, Rock Oil Synthesis C1 5W-30 engine oil can be added separately.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
