Defender Puma service kit for paper oil filter engines
This service kit is for Defender Puma 2.4 TDCI models, and very early 2.2 TDCI vehicles, where the engine uses the paper cartridge oil filter inside the plastic oil filter housing.
The kit includes the main service filters and consumables needed for a normal filter service: MANN paper oil filter, MANN air filter, OEM Stanadyne fuel filter, sump plug and oil filter housing seal.
This is not the correct kit for later Defender 2.2 TDCI engines with the metal spin-on oil filter. If your Defender has the later spin-on filter, use the Defender Puma 2.2 TDCI service kit with spin-on oil filter instead.
If you are unsure which kit you need, check the oil filter currently fitted to the engine rather than relying only on the vehicle age, especially where the engine has been replaced. You can also view all Defender Puma service kits in one place.
Engine oil is not included in this kit. For the 2.4 TDCI Puma engine, Ravenol FO 5W-30 engine oil can be added separately.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
