300TDI coolant bypass hose replacement
This coolant bypass hose fits Land Rover 300TDI cooling systems in Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic models. It replaces Land Rover part number ERR5099 and is identified in the fitment data as a pump-to-body coolant hose.
Replace the hose if the original is swollen, split, hardened, oil-contaminated or leaking. Ageing coolant hoses can look acceptable externally but become soft, distorted or unreliable once disturbed during cooling system work.
Check the hose route and end connections against the vehicle before fitting, especially where previous repairs or engine swaps may have changed the coolant hose layout.
