Flywheel spigot bush replacement
LFB500050 is the crankshaft / flywheel spigot bush used in Land Rover manual clutch systems, including Td5, 300TDI and 200TDI applications. The live fitment data covers Defender except V8, Discovery 1 200TDI / 300TDI, Discovery 2 Td5, Range Rover Classic 200TDI / 300TDI manual models and selected Series applications.
The spigot bush supports the gearbox input shaft at the engine end. Wear in this bush can contribute to clutch noise, vibration, poor gearbox input shaft support or problems that only become obvious once the clutch or gearbox is being removed.
Because access is through the clutch and flywheel area, this is normally replaced during clutch, flywheel or gearbox work rather than treated as a separate quick repair. Before ordering, match the vehicle, engine and clutch system against LFB500050 / 8566L.
