Defender 90 / Discovery 1 rear brake pads for disc brake applications
These Delphi rear brake pads fit Land Rover Defender 90 and Discovery 1 rear disc brake applications without pad wear sensors. They are supplied as a complete rear axle pad set for both rear wheels, using the SFP500190 / SFP500190G pad reference.
Replace the rear pads when the friction material is low, the pads are wearing unevenly, braking feel has changed, or the rear brakes are already apart for disc, caliper, hose or fluid work. Always check the condition of the rear discs and calipers before fitting new pads.
These pads are for rear disc brake setups without wear sensors. They are not for drum-brake rear axles or applications that use pad wear sensor wiring. The pad set does not include retaining pins, clips or fitting hardware, so check the existing hardware before reassembly.
If the rear discs are worn, corroded or heavily lipped, use these pads with Delphi LR017953G rear solid brake discs. If the calipers are being removed, fresh brake caliper bolts FTC3375 / FTC1967 / SYP500090 are also worth fitting. Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
