Description
Keep your TDI valve train quiet and accurate with genuine-spec push rods. This OEM-quality part replaces 546799 and matches OE length, tip hardness and tube wall thickness.
When to replace
- Tapping/knocking from rocker area
- Visible bend or mushroomed tips
- Poor compression on one cylinder
Fitting notes
- Remove rocker cover & rocker shaft; keep order.
- Oil tips, ensure each rod seats in tappet cup.
- Refit rocker shaft and set valve clearances cold to 0.20 mm (0.008 in) on 200TDI/300TDI.
- Recheck after first heat cycle.
