Description
These Td5 fuel cooler O-rings are an upgraded replacement for the original seals fitted to the fuel cooler on Defender Td5 and Discovery 2 Td5 engines.
The factory O-rings harden and flatten with age, causing fuel or coolant leaks from the ends of the cooler. Land Rover do not offer the seals separately – they would rather you bought a complete new fuel cooler (PIB000060), which is far from cheap.
This kit provides a pair of high-quality Viton O-rings to reseal your existing cooler at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
