Description
Terrafirma TF940 polyurethane suspension bush kit for Defender from the 1994/95 wide-radius-arm change, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic. It brings the main front radius-arm, rear trailing-arm, rear upper A-frame and front panhard rod bushes together in one kit, so refreshing the main suspension bushes does not mean sourcing each bush set separately.
Terrafirma polyurethane bushes are mechanically fitted with minimal crush and pivot around lubricated centre pins rather than relying on bonded rubber. This allows the suspension to move freely while helping the bushes hold their shape under load, giving more consistent axle location and suspension control as tired original rubber bushes soften, deteriorate or develop excess movement.
TF940 also includes both early M14 and later M16 front panhard rod bush sets. Only the correct pair for the vehicle is used, but having both in the kit takes care of that early/late panhard rod split without needing to order another bush set separately. Anti-roll bar bushes are not included.

Defender fitment: VIN LA930456 is the important change point. Earlier Defenders up to VIN KA930455 use the narrow 38mm front radius-arm axle bushes and require a different bush kit. On vehicles that have had radius arms or axle components changed during their life, check the actual front radius-arm bush width before ordering.

Standard UK shipments are normally sent with DPD. UK orders containing oils or fluids are normally sent with DHL where required, because some carriers restrict liquid shipments.
Worldwide delivery is available through DPD and DHL Express, depending on the destination, parcel size, weight and available courier services. Add the parts you need to your basket, enter your delivery address, and the checkout will show the available delivery options and prices before payment.

Our extended returns policy automatically applies to individual products purchased for less than £250 including VAT. Products costing £250 or more may still be accepted for return at our discretion.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
