Description
Hardy Spicer greaseable 27 × 82mm propshaft universal joint replacing RTC3346. The larger 82mm joint is used on selected Series propshafts, 101 Forward Control, early Range Rover Classic and early Land Rover 90/110 propshafts. Worn universal joints can develop play, stiffness, vibration or a driveline clonk as the needle bearings and bearing surfaces deteriorate.

Fitment Notes
Land Rover used several propshaft universal-joint sizes, and many older vehicles now have replacement or modified propshafts. Measure the joint across the bearing caps and confirm a 27mm cap diameter with approximately 82mm overall span before ordering. The smaller 75mm joint is not interchangeable.

Check propshaft fitment before ordering
Vehicle, year and VIN information can narrow the choice, but it may not confirm which propshaft is currently fitted. Replacement shafts, rebuilt propshafts and conversions can differ from the original factory specification.
Front or rear propshaft
Confirm the propshaft position before comparing part numbers. Front and rear shafts can use different lengths, flanges and universal joints.
Vehicle and drivetrain
Check the model, engine, transmission, wheelbase and any stated early or late fitment split.
Propshaft already fitted
An older Land Rover may have a rebuilt, upgraded or replacement propshaft that differs from the original vehicle specification.
Universal-joint dimensions
Measure across the bearing cups and confirm the bearing-cap diameter. Nominal 75mm, 82mm and 95mm joints are not interchangeable.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
