Land Rover STC4735 radiator and expansion tank cap
STC4735 is the earlier Land Rover cooling system pressure cap used on Series III vehicles and early 90/110 applications with the matching radiator or metal expansion tank arrangement. It supersedes 509767.
A weak or damaged cap can allow coolant loss, reduce system pressure or leave staining around the filler neck. If the seal is split, hardened, rusty or no longer seating properly, replacement is a simple and sensible cooling system maintenance job.
Check your existing cap and filler neck before ordering, especially on older vehicles where radiators, expansion tanks and cooling system parts may have been changed over the years.
