MJN100910 is an injector leak-off pipe set for Land Rover 300TDI engines fitted to Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic models. Also known as the injector spill rail or fuel return pipe set, it replaces the earlier ERR3306 pipework used to return excess fuel from the injectors.

300TDI injector leak-off pipe replacement
This injector leak-off pipe set fits Land Rover 300TDI engines in Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic models. It is the injector spill rail / fuel return pipework used to link the injectors together and return excess fuel back through the system.
Old leak-off pipework can corrode, weep or become unreliable after injector work. Common signs include diesel smell around the engine bay, dampness or staining around the injector tops, fuel seepage along the pipe run, or repeated small leaks from tired fittings.
Before fitting, clean around the injectors to reduce the risk of dirt entering the fuel system. Check any sealing washers or fittings used on your setup and replace anything that is damaged or disturbed. After fitting, run the engine and re-check the pipework for seepage once warm.
