Fast-acting de-icer for winter mornings
CarPlan Blue Star De-Icer is a powerful aerosol de-icer formulated to clear ice and light frost quickly from vehicle glass. The fine spray pattern helps it work into the surface of the ice so it melts away rather than just smearing, leaving a clear, streak-free finish and helping your wipers work properly.
With a generous 600ml can it offers plenty of coverage – useful if you are de-icing more than one vehicle or want to keep a spare in the house or workshop.

How to use
- Brush off loose snow before spraying.
- Hold the can upright and spray evenly over the icy area from a short distance.
- Allow the de-icer to penetrate and melt the ice for a few moments.
- Use your wipers and scraper to remove the slush and remaining deposits.
- Repeat light applications on any stubborn patches rather than soaking the glass.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
