Defender 2.4 TDCI injector seal and cam cover gasket kit
This kit is for Defender Puma 2.4 TDCI injector removal, resealing, testing or replacement work. When the injectors are out, it makes sense to renew the injector sealing parts and camshaft cover gasket together, rather than disturbing the top end and reusing old seals.
Injector sealing problems on the 2.4 TDCI engine can cause chuffing from the top of the engine, diesel or exhaust fumes around the engine bay or cab, and black carbon build-up around the injector bases. The camshaft cover gasket can also harden and seep oil after years of heat cycles.
