Defender Puma 2.4 TDCI MAF sensor replacement
This MHK501040G mass air flow sensor fits Land Rover Defender Puma 2.4 TDCI models. It measures the air entering the engine so the ECU can calculate fuelling correctly.
A failing or contaminated MAF sensor can cause flat performance, hesitation under acceleration, poor throttle response, smoke under load, rough running or an engine management warning light. These symptoms can have more than one cause, but the MAF sensor is one of the key parts to check when airflow-related running faults are present.
This is a direct plug-in replacement sensor and does not require programming. Before fitting, check the air filter, intake pipework and electrical connector so the new sensor is not affected by dirt, air leaks or a poor connection.
This sensor is also listed for Freelander 2 diesel applications up to VIN AH999999. Please check your vehicle application and part number before ordering, especially if buying for a Freelander 2 rather than a Defender Puma.

Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects.
