Ravenol FO 5W-30 engine oil for Land Rover and JLR servicing
Ravenol FO 5W-30 is a synthetic engine oil for Land Rover and Jaguar Land Rover servicing where a 5W-30 ACEA A5/B5 oil is required. It is a good service oil choice for Defender 2.4 TDCI Puma and Range Rover L322 3.0TD / TD6 models with the BMW M57 diesel engine.
This oil can also be used for standard Land Rover Td5 engines where a 5W-30 oil to this specification is being used. For us, Ravenol VMO 5W-40 / VW 505.01 engine oil remains the main premium Td5 oil choice, especially for tuned Td5 engines, hard-worked vehicles or customers specifically wanting VW 505.01 approval.
