Replacement Discovery 2 Td5 reservoir-to-pump PAS hose
ANR6974G is the reservoir-to-pump power steering hose for Land Rover Discovery 2 Td5 models. It runs from the PAS fluid reservoir down to the power steering pump and is part of the low-pressure side of the steering system.
Replace this hose if the original rubber has gone hard, cracked, porous or started to seep fluid. A failing reservoir-to-pump hose can allow air into the PAS system, causing whining from the pump, foamy fluid in the reservoir, heavy steering at low speed or inconsistent assistance when manoeuvring.
