Description
Stop front axle oil weeps and keep contaminants out with this NAK driveshaft oil seal, part number FTC4822G. Designed for the Discovery 2 front axle, this seal sits in the axle/swivel housing and seals the driveshaft as it passes through, preventing leaks that can contaminate brakes and wheel bearings.

Install notes
- Inspect the sealing land on the shaft; repair/replace if grooved.
- Ensure axle casing where the seal sits is clean and free from rust.
- Lightly oil/grease the lips; press the seal squarely to the correct depth.
- Check axle breather is clear—blocked breathers push oil past new seals.
