Td5 injector loom for oil-in-loom faults
The Td5 injector loom sits under the rocker cover and connects the injectors to the external engine harness. Over time, engine oil can travel through the internal loom and reach the ECU red plug, causing poor electrical contact, intermittent misfires, rough running, hard starting or oil contamination at the ECU connector.
Use this AMR6103 aftermarket injector loom when you want a straightforward replacement harness for Defender Td5 or Discovery 2 Td5. It fits in place of the original loom with no coding or modification required.
Clean oil from the ECU plug and external harness while fitting the loom. You may also need brake, clutch and electrical cleaner, ERR7266 Td5 rocker cover sealing grommets and the FS106307L Td5 rocker cover bolt kit.
