AMR6103 TD5 injector loom for Defender TD5 and Discovery 2 TD5 engines. The harness sits under the rocker cover and connects the injectors to the external engine loom; replacement is one of the standard TD5 oil-in-loom jobs when oil has travelled towards the ECU red plug.

Description
TD5 injector wiring harness (AMR6103) for Defender TD5 and Discovery 2 TD5. The loom sits inside the rocker cover, plugs onto the injectors and connects through the engine harness to the ECU. When oil tracks through the internal injector loom it can contaminate the external harness and ECU red plug, giving poor connection at the injector circuit and the familiar TD5 oil-in-loom running faults. This aftermarket replacement loom fits in place of the original AMR6103 harness with no coding or modification required.

Oil in the ECU red plug should be cleaned out when the injector loom is changed. Brake, clutch and electrical cleaner is the cleaner for plug and connector work, while ERR7266 rocker cover sealing grommets and the FS106307L rocker cover bolt kit cover the rocker cover hardware often disturbed for access. The AMR6103G TD5 injector wiring harness remains available separately as the OE-quality version.

Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
