Description
Td5 fuel pressure regulator rebuild kit with Genuine Bosch regulator
A leaking Td5 fuel pressure regulator can leave a diesel smell, dampness around the rear of the cylinder head, or staining down the back of the engine. This rebuild kit brings together the Genuine Bosch regulator and the main seals and gaskets normally needed when rebuilding the fuel pressure regulator assembly.
The kit includes both early and late gasket types, so you do not need to choose separately between MSX100080 and MSX000010. Most aftermarket fuel pressure regulators use the later gasket, even when fitted to the earlier housing.
If the original mounting bolts are corroded or damaged, use fresh FS108357 M8 x 35 flanged head bolts. The MAE100010 Td5 fuel pressure regulator strainer is available separately if the strainer also needs attention. For related options, see our Td5 fuel pressure regulator parts.
