Description
Genuine Bosch ERR2081 temperature sensor for Td5 coolant and fuel temperature
This genuine Bosch temperature sensor is equivalent to Land Rover ERR2081 and is used on Td5 engines for coolant temperature and fuel temperature sensing, depending on the vehicle and sensor position. It fits Defender Td5 and Discovery 2 Td5 applications, with further 300Tdi, V8 and Freelander 1 fitments shown in the fitment tab.
A faulty temperature sensor can cause incorrect readings, diagnostic fault codes or poor running depending on where it is fitted. Because ERR2081 is used in more than one position, confirm whether you are replacing the coolant temperature sensor or fuel temperature sensor before ordering.
Bosch no longer supplies this sensor with a sealing washer. If the washer is required, order the ERR6192LR Td5 fuel / coolant temperature sensor sealing washer at the same time.

Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault.
