Terrafirma TF450 E-Locker for 24-spline Land Rover Rover axles
The Terrafirma TF450 E-Locker is an electronic locking differential for 24-spline Land Rover Rover-type axles. In normal driving it behaves like an open differential, helping retain normal road manners. When extra traction is needed off-road, the locker can be engaged electrically from the driver’s seat.
Unlike an air locker, the TF450 does not need an air compressor, air lines or pneumatic solenoids. The kit is electrically operated and supplied with the switch, wiring and installation hardware needed for the locker installation.
Once engaged, the E-Locker gives a positive mechanical lock across the axle. This is useful for serious greenlaning, ruts, mud, cross-axle situations, winch work and controlled off-road driving where an open differential can spin away drive through the unloaded wheel.
Fitment must be checked carefully before ordering. TF450 is for 24-spline Rover-type differentials only. It is listed for Defender 90 front and rear, Discovery 1 front and rear, Range Rover Classic front and rear, Defender 110/130 front axle only, and Discovery 2 front and rear. It is not a universal Land Rover diff lock and should not be assumed to fit Salisbury, P38/Wolf-style or other axle types without checking the correct application.
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Fitting a differential locker involves differential setup, bearing preload, backlash and careful installation of the electrical feed into the axle casing.

Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
