EBC GD Sport discs and Yellowstuff brake pads
EBC Brakes is an independently owned specialist brake manufacturer with manufacturing in the UK and USA. The Twinwoods Land Rover range uses EBC GD Sport discs and Yellowstuff performance-road brake pads, selected for Defender and Discovery 2 applications where a more performance-focused disc and pad combination is required.
GD Sport discs use EBC's slotted and dimpled braking surface, while Yellowstuff is a higher-friction fast-road pad compound designed to retain strong braking response from cold and resist fade when the brakes are worked harder. Individual product pages give the exact EBC reference, Land Rover replacement reference, disc dimensions, pad fitment and any vehicle-specific notes.
EBC brake kits or separate discs and pads?
Twinwoods matched EBC brake kits combine the correct GD Sport / Turbo Groove discs and Yellowstuff pads for the stated axle, with additional fitting hardware included where shown on the individual kit page. EBC discs and pads are also available separately where only one part of the braking setup needs replacing.
