Description
300TDI power steering pump bracket replacement
This 6mm zinc-plated steel power steering pump bracket fits Land Rover 300TDI engines in Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic models. It is used in the power assisted steering setup and is supplied under part number ERR2228G.
Replace the bracket if the original is cracked, damaged, badly corroded or distorted. A poor mounting bracket can make pump alignment and belt tracking harder to keep correct, especially where the power steering pump has already been removed for repair or replacement.
