Why use a proper 52mm hub nut socket?
Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic hub nuts need a socket that sits squarely over the nut and grips the flats properly. This 52mm deep impact socket is made for that job, giving better contact than an adjustable spanner or shallow socket when removing, refitting or adjusting hub nuts.
If you are rebuilding or adjusting the hub assembly, renew the locking washer at the same time. See the FTC3179 drive shaft / wheel bearing lock washer.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
