Brake caliper slider pin bolt for Discovery 2, Freelander 1 and Range Rover P38
This STC1914 brake caliper slider pin bolt is used on compatible Land Rover Discovery 2, Freelander 1 and Range Rover P38 brake caliper slider assemblies. It replaces superseded part number SYG100680 and is supplied individually.
Slider pin bolts are small but important brake service parts. If the original bolt is corroded, rounded, damaged or missing, it can make caliper servicing awkward and may prevent the slider assembly from being secured correctly.
Check the existing brake caliper and slider assembly before ordering. This is the STC1914 slider pin bolt, not the full slider pin kit or caliper carrier. If the carrier or slider pins are worn or seized, see the related STC1917 front caliper carrier and STC1907 rear caliper carrier.
For slider pins and caliper contact areas, use a suitable brake lubricant such as CeraTec brake grease. For related parts, see our Discovery 2 brake parts and Range Rover P38 braking parts.

Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
