Description
This is a standard replacement intercooler for the Land Rover Discovery 2 TD5 (1998–2004), suitable for both automatic and manual models.
- Direct OEM replacement – fits in place of ESR3777 / PCM100220.
- Designed to match the original specification of TD5 engines.
- Helps restore cooling efficiency and engine performance when the existing intercooler has failed.
A common issue with Discovery 2 intercoolers is corrosion and leaks, often visible as black staining near the leak point caused by oil mist escaping under boost pressure. Replacing a failing intercooler ensures the TD5 engine runs at the correct temperature and maintains performance.
This intercooler is a straightforward fit for all standard Discovery 2 TD5 models.
Note: Upgrade intercoolers are available for improved cooling performance if your vehicle has been remapped or tuned.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover failure caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or faults elsewhere on the vehicle.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and testing before any repair, replacement or refund is authorised.
