200TDI and 300TDI diesel lift pump gasket replacement
This diesel lift pump gasket fits Land Rover 200TDI and 300TDI engines. It seals the mechanical fuel lift pump to the engine and replaces Land Rover part number ERR2028.
Renew the gasket whenever the fuel lift pump has been removed, replaced or disturbed. Reusing an old compressed or damaged gasket can make it harder to reseal the lift pump properly.
Before refitting the pump, clean the mating faces and check that the pump and mounting face are not damaged. If the lift pump is leaking, weak or no longer delivering fuel properly, check the pump itself as well as the gasket.
