Description
This Td5 injector seal kit includes both the O rings and the copper washers. When these parts fail you get two very different symptoms/problems.
Injector Copper Washer Failure generally allows combustion gas to escape causing poor starting, rough running and often completely cutting out.
Injector O Ring Failure is the one you may not notice immediately. When the O rings fail they allow high pressure fuel to escape in the engine and mix with the oil. This gradually fills your sump with diesel, dilutes the engine oil and can cause catastrophic failures. This is one very good reason to check your oil level regularly – you’re not always just checking if it needs topping up – you’re also checking it isn’t topping itself up.
So one issue is inconvenient, the other is much more serious. This kit solves both issues at once.

Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
