Description
Complete OE-quality TD5 injector seal kit assembled in-house for Defender TD5 and Discovery 2 TD5 engines. The kit contains five Delphi injector O-rings (ERR7004G) and five copper injector sealing washers (ERR6417G), giving a full set for all five injectors. Each injector uses an O-ring to seal the injector body within the cylinder head and a copper washer to seal the injector against its seat.
The two seals fail in different ways. Leakage past a copper washer can allow combustion gases around the injector seat, causing difficult starting, rough running and misfires. A failed injector O-ring can allow diesel to enter the engine oil, raising the sump level and diluting the lubricant. Both seals should be renewed whenever the injectors are removed.

Delphi is an established automotive manufacturer with a long OE engineering background across braking, steering and suspension, engine management and fuel systems. That experience makes Delphi a strong brand for safety-critical and electronically sensitive parts where accurate manufacture and consistent performance matter. The TD5 mass air flow sensor is an important example. Delphi manufactures its aftermarket MAF sensors from new components and calibrates them to reproduce the accurate airflow readings required by the engine management system. Track rod ends can use left-hand or right-hand threads. Match the part number and thread direction before ordering.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
