Description
ACE and active anti-roll valve block filter
This BWI valve block filter fits Discovery 2 models with ACE and Range Rover Sport L320 models with the active anti-roll bar / Dynamic Response system. It replaces Land Rover part numbers RVJ100010 and LR004731.
The filter sits in the hydraulic valve block and helps capture contamination in the ACE / active anti-roll circuit. Replacing it is sensible when servicing the system, replacing hydraulic components, or disturbing the valve block, especially where the service history is unknown.
On Discovery 2 models, this filter is commonly replaced when fitting the Discovery 2 ACE pressure transducer. If you are servicing the ACE hydraulic system, use the correct Ravenol SSF power steering and ACE fluid rather than ordinary ATF.
