Description
Discovery 2 TD5 replacement radiator (PCC001070) for the complete TD5 model range, replacing PCC000640, PCC107270 and PDK000080 as well as PCC001070 itself. A leaking radiator, damaged core or internal restriction can lead to coolant loss and reduced cooling capacity, making radiator condition particularly important on a TD5 used for towing, off-road work or sustained motorway driving.

Early Discovery 2 TD5 Cooling Systems
The radiator itself is the replacement radiator across the Discovery 2 TD5 range. Earlier vehicles do, however, require the PCS000010 TD5 coolant restrictor when a new radiator is fitted. Discovery 2 TD5 models from VIN 2A736341 had this restrictor fitted as standard; on earlier vehicles it should be added as part of the radiator replacement.

Standard UK shipments are normally sent with DPD. UK orders containing oils or fluids are normally sent with DHL where required, because some carriers restrict liquid shipments.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
