Td5 coolant pump cover replacement
This coolant pump cover fits Defender Td5 and Discovery 2 Td5 engines using Land Rover part number ERR7047. It forms part of the Td5 coolant pump / water pump assembly and is a sensible replacement where the original cover is damaged, corroded, leaking or being removed during water pump repair work.
Coolant staining, corrosion around the pump area, damaged bolt heads or previous poor repair work can all make this part worth replacing while the cooling system is apart. It is also commonly checked when fitting a new Td5 water pump.
