Description
The ACE system uses hydraulic pressure to actively control the anti-roll bars and keep your Discovery 2 more stable through corners. This ACE actuator ram is the hydraulic “muscle” that applies force to the roll bar via the ACE valve block and pipework. If the ram leaks or binds internally, ACE performance drops fast and you may get warning lights, poor handling, or fluid loss.

Installation Notes
- ACE is a high-pressure hydraulic system: depressurise safely and follow workshop procedure.
- After fitting, the system will need correct refilling/bleeding with the specified ACE fluid to remove air and prevent pump noise or faults.
- If the old unit has been leaking, check pipe unions, nearby hoses, and the ACE valve block area for contamination and additional leaks.
