Replacement radiator to expansion tank hose for Discovery 2 Td5
This Discovery 2 Td5 coolant return hose (PCH000360) runs from the radiator to the expansion tank. It fits all Discovery 2 Td5 1998–2004 models and is a common small cooling system hose to replace during radiator or coolant system work.
Old coolant return hoses can become hard, brittle or cracked with age. If the hose breaks, leaks or no longer seals properly at the ends, it can cause coolant loss and should be replaced rather than refitted.
When fitting, check the condition of the expansion tank, pressure cap, hose clips and nearby cooling hoses. If the hose is being replaced as part of a wider cooling system refresh, it is worth checking the radiator and coolant condition at the same time.
