Replacement radiator for Discovery 2 Td5 cooling repairs
This Discovery 2 radiator (PCC001070) fits Land Rover Discovery 2 Td5 models and replaces earlier radiator part numbers PCC000640, PCC107270 and PDK000080. It is the standard engine cooling radiator for replacing a leaking, damaged, corroded or internally restricted original unit.
A tired radiator can cause coolant loss, poor cooling performance or overheating, especially on vehicles used for towing, off-road work or regular long journeys. If the cooling system history is unknown, radiator condition is worth checking before relying on the vehicle.
When fitting a new radiator, check the coolant hoses, hose clips, expansion tank, thermostat, viscous fan and coolant condition. Refill and bleed the Td5 cooling system carefully, as trapped air can cause cooling problems after replacement.
