Mahle Td5 air filter for Defender and Discovery 2
This Mahle LX886 air filter fits Td5 engines in Defender and Discovery 2 models. It replaces Land Rover part numbers LR027408 and ESR4238 and is one of the standard filters used during routine Td5 servicing.
A clean air filter helps protect the engine from dust and debris while allowing proper airflow into the intake system. Replacement is especially worthwhile on vehicles used off road, on dusty tracks, or where the service history is unknown.
