This MANN C25146 air filter fits Td5 engines in Defender and Discovery 2 models. It replaces Land Rover part numbers LR027408 and ESR4238 and is one of the standard filters used during routine Td5 servicing.
A clean air filter helps protect the engine from dust and debris while allowing proper airflow into the intake system. Replacement is especially worthwhile on vehicles used off road, on dusty tracks, or where the service history is unknown.

Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
