Early Td5 rocker cover gasket for 10P / 11P engines
This rocker cover gasket fits early Land Rover Td5 10P / 11P engines in Defender and Discovery 2 models. It seals the camshaft / rocker cover to the cylinder head and replaces Land Rover part number ERR7094.
A worn or compressed rocker cover gasket can cause oil misting or leakage around the top of the cylinder head. If the cover is being removed for injector loom work, oil leak repair or cylinder head work, it is sensible to refit it with a fresh gasket.
There are early and late Td5 rocker cover gasket types, so confirm whether the engine is an early 10P / 11P before ordering. If you have a later 15P / 16P engine, or a Td5 fitted with an AMC cylinder head, use the late Td5 rocker cover gasket instead.
